No fuzzy TV from Nov 30. Are there enough set-top boxes?

The government has warned that customers will not be able to watch satellite TV channels without a digital “set-top box” after Nov 30 in Dhaka and Chattogram, but cable operators are doubtful about supplying so many boxes in such a short time.
