Afroza Islam has brought her 10-month-old daughter to the Radda MCH-FP Centre in Mirpur-10’s Badda for her first dose of the measles and rubella vaccine. The infant was scheduled to receive the vaccine nearly two months ago, but the coronavirus pandemic stood in her way.
